Over the last few months we have been getting many emails asking for a Juniper credit Card review. So we have decided to oblige our readers and make a truly honest review of the credit card offering. First we documented all the major complaints that are about the Juniper credit card:
- Payments are credited to the account late
- Call center in the Philippines
- Over the limit charge charged twice in the same billing cycle
- Credit limit dropped without notification
These are actually the most common complaints about the Juniper credit card. However Juniper Bank is attempting to deal with these problems. But there are some problems that have been caused by the card holder. Errors such as sending in your check payment late should be avoided. Your APR may vary. The rate is determined monthly by adding the Prime Rate and 6.74%, 10.74%, or 14.74% for Purchases and this rate will not be lower than 14.99%, 18.99%, and 22.99% respectively. 6.74%, 10.74%, or 14.74% for Balance Transfers and Convenience Checks after the introductory period and this rate will not be lower than 14.99%, 18.99%, and 22.99% respectively. 15.99% for Cash Advances, and this rate will not be lower than 19.99%. Late Payment Charge: $25 for balances < $100; $29 for balances $100-$999.99; $39 for balances >= $1,000; for Residents of Iowa $15.
